Exercise

The physical body can be kept at its best working condition but keep a peaceful mind. Your body need rest from strest. Do Yoga or practice mind exercises. Rest the mind when it is supposed to by watching a comedy or listening to light music.
Rest
Go to sleep at the right time and do it consistently. Things that should not be bring while sleep are work, business and anger.
