5 Signs of Heart Disease

Heart disease usually is the No. 1 killer in any country in the world. That is why we should identify the symptoms that often occur to the immediate family and be sure to rate taken to the hospital immediately. If not , it would be detrimental and may cause death if a heart problem is really serious .

1 . Chest pain

Chest pain is the most common symptom for patients. Patients may complain of pain in the chest either in the middle or on the left. Patients say the pain is also felt in the neck , left shoulder and left arm . Often when pain is not serious , it would only take a short time for relief. Either 5 minutes to 10 minutes. But if the pain is serious it may take more than 20 minutes. Medication under the tongue (GTN ) will be given to the patient to relieve the pain. If the patient is still not relieved after the drug was given , the patient may experience a cardiac infarction ( myocardial infarction )

Chest pain can occur during activity or rest. If the pain occurs while doing heavy work , the disease has not been reduced when patients complained during the break .

But not necessarily patients who complained of chest pain with heart problems . They can also suffer from problems such as esophagus or food canal suffered gastric problems which resemble symptoms such as heart disease .

There are also patients who have complained of chest pain , but have other symptoms as below . They are likely to have a history of diabetes in which the meridians feeling ( sensation ) are damaged.

2 . Breathless

They also often experience shortness of breath , especially when they do activities . Heart disease can be more serious if they are likely to experience shortness of breath even doing light work . Even to climb stairs or go potty even though they may complain of shortness of breath.

They also complained of chest pain at the same time or at different times .

Patients suffering from heart failure function ( cardiac failure ) , they often use two or more pillows to sleep . If they are not easy to shortness of breath. Sometimes they may wake up suddenly at night due to breathing difficulties.

3 . Leg swelling

Leg swelling often happens to patients with heart failure. They find their feet become swollen and heavy .  If you press on the ankle, you can see your fingers form the results pressure .

4 . Sweat on

Often occur at night during sleep so had to change clothes many times . It also can happen no matter the time .

5 . Often pounding

Often pounding not a common thing to all patients . Some patients have trouble pounding and some patients do not . Patients may complain of pain when walking and heart disease can also cause fainting patients because oxygen can not reach the brain .
